RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As soon as decide you would like to exchange or return your purchased product, we will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please follow the below steps:

1. Please contact us to info@eirostudios.com to start your return process
2. Items must be unwashed and unworn
3. Been return with original tags and packaging

Please also note that we cannot accept returns on the following:

1. Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
